Any suggestions I can do with my blister from happening?

Use an anti-perspirant on your feet. It might work just as well as the astroglide, and you may already have some.

or you just walk, with a purpose, instead of run.

gravity is not your friend.

shouldn't be getting blisters if you are doing it right...

should be falling forward more than pushing off with the feet

my steps were silent. My form wasn't awful, I wasn't sore from running otherwise.  The ground was biting into my feet when just walking, it wasn't a smooth surface.

You have to weather your feet to walking/running on a rough surface.  Ya can't expect to do it and not get blisters or something the first time.

Got a little more distance on my barefoot runs/walks.  Finding that I midfoot strike barefoot, and forefoot strike in the VFF Treks... think I may look to get a thinner pair of VFF for road running...

Finally got around to running in the FFs this morning, first time in well over a month. Did about 2 miles shod, then another 1.5 or so with the Vibrams. Careful to consider running style all the while, to be sure to FFS and not the heal.

Kept them on for over an hour after the run, very comfortably.

I love running in these things.  :003:

Dave,

Astroglide?  That lubricant for intimacy times?

"you may already have some" Who doesn't?  :smt040

I am going with Bodyglide as GeWilli mentions. Thank you.
